Shipping
SFA will ship all orders within 2-3 business days, however during holidays or high volume seasons, shipping may take longer. All orders are shipped USPS. Orders generally are delivered within 3-7 business days, however during USPS holiday season, order may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on your location. SFA is not responsible for lost, stolen or packages delivered to the wrong address. The customer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping information. Once packages leave the SFA facility, the customer is responsible for filing any claims with USPS.
Are SFA products made in the USA
All of Select Fire Apparel’s products are designed, printed and assembled in the US. Our raw unprinted materials are purchased from warehouses in the US as well, however we don’t always control the origin. Most all of our products are made in the great state of Arizona, with a small portion being made in Oregon.
Returns
SFA stands behind the quality products we make. If there is a quality issue, please reach out to customer service to resolve the issue. This must be done within 7 days from time of delivery. If you experience a quality issue beyond that time frame, we will do our best to accommodate the customer given the details of the case. In the rare case of a mispackaged product please reach out to customer service so we can issue return postage. Once we receive the return item in new and unused condition only, we will gladly ship the correct item back to the customer at no cost. SFA does not accept returns or exchanges at this time unless there is a quality issue.
Who designs your products
Every product design offered by SFA is personally designed by the founder of Select Fire Apparel. All designs start as a sketch from ideas or experiences in life, then they are forwarded to our graphic designer to be perfected. Thanks to my time spent in Oregon, I have endless content. We take pride in our designs.
Order Change
Once you place your order, SFA can not usually make modifications to your order. However please reach out to Customer service and we will do our best to help if there is any way to do so. Customer service is important to SFA and we take every enquiry serious. We will do our best to satisfy our end users if at all reasonably possible.
